Booking cancellation	Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check the conditions of your required room.
Smoking Policy	The Beach Park-Hadsan is a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Corkage & Food Policy	Food and soft drinks: Free of charge; no corkage fee. Catering Services: Available on-site for ₱5,000. Alcoholic beverages may be brought into the property subject to the applicable corkage fee: Hard bottle: ₱100 Large bottle: ₱50 Small bottle: ₱20 All alcoholic bottles must remain inside the property upon check-out and may not be taken outside.
Equipment & Rental Fees	Table: ₱300 each Chair: ₱30 each Bluetooth speakers: ₱500–₱1,000, depending on size Videoke machines: Not available for rent and not allowed inside the property. Please note that all types of chairs are subject to the applicable rental fee, including camping chairs, foldable chairs, and monobloc chairs.
Guest Behavior	Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner and maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for all guests. Music curfew: 9:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM on weekends. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unacceptable behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Allowed	Walk-in guests are welcome. Pets are allowed. Bluetooth speakers are allowed, subject to the applicable rules and music curfew. Kitchen tools are allowed.

Damages and Losses	Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of hotel property caused during their stay. Any applicable charges for damages or losses will be billed to the guest.
Privacy and Data Protection	The hotel respects guest privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Guest Satisfaction	Your feedback is important to us. If you experience any concerns or issues during your stay, please inform our staff promptly so we can assist you and address the matter accordingly.
